A pagination cursor was rejected.

Tokens come from clients, so they are validated, never trusted. Each variant has a stable code for API clients; the messages say nothing about which query or column was involved.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Malformed

Not base64url, over 1 KiB, truncated, or of the wrong direction.

UnknownVersion

The token layout version is not one this server reads.

ForeignQuery

The token was issued for a different query.

Mismatch

The values do not fit the ordering (count or types).
