One SQLite CAST that needs a pre-copy loss check: sql returns a row when some non-NULL value in table.column would change under the cast.

Fields

table: String

Table holding the old rows.

column: String

Column whose values would change.

sql: String

SELECT 1 ... LIMIT 1 probe; a non-empty result means lossy rows.
