pub fn load_dir(dir: &Path) -> Result<Vec<Migration>, MigrationError>

Load every *.json file in dir. Missing directories yield an empty list. Each file’s checksum is recomputed from its content.

Errors

IO, JSON, or a checksum body that cannot be encoded.
