Derive Macro Schema

Derive siderite::validation::Schema (JSON Schema / OpenAPI 3.1) and the matching siderite::validation::Dump.

Helper attributes: #[schema(name = "..", inline, no_dump)], #[field(...)], #[model_config(...)] and the compatible subset of #[serde(...)]. See Validate for the shared attributes.

Dump is implemented for every derived type, but the impl only applies when the type is Serialize (input-only types are unaffected). Add #[schema(no_dump)] to opt out.
