Module postgres 

PostgreSQL backend built on SQLx.

Every Value variant has a native PostgreSQL type (Uuid → uuid, Decimal → numeric, Timestamp → timestamptz, Json → jsonb, …), so nothing is stored in a canonical text form. Rows are decoded by PostgreSQL type name into the matching native variant.

Connections are pinned to the UTC time zone so that timestamptz date-part lookups (EXTRACT) agree with the values the ORM writes.
